Lasaltech Incorporated was organized by the University of Saint La Salle alumni headed by Bro. Rolando R. Dizon, FSC. It was inaugurated on October 31,1992 and now on its 18th year of excellent service to the people of Negros.

It started as a Software Development company intended to design and build software packages for the local and foreign markets. In January1993, the Lasaltech Computer Training Center was opened. In January 1996, Lasaltech launched the first Internet Service in Negros in partnership with Mosaic Communications, Inc., the first commercial Internet Service Provider in the Philippines. The new division was named LASALNET. In April 1997, Lasaltech, Inc. was appointed by Lucent Technologies, Inc. through Infoline, Inc., a Davao based company to be its partner for networking services in the Visayas area.
